  • This image was taken on a quick overnight trip to Yosemite. The goal of the trip was to take a night time shot of the stars as they moved across the sky. I was with a group of about 8 people and we were on top of Sentinal Dome. The sun had gone down and the moon was not up yet. it was virtually pitch black; we couldn't even see what our skyline was. It really was a guess! This image was taken using a 25 minute exposure. I was fortunate enough to get Yosemite Falls in the bottom portion of the image!
